Licensing

RecordPoint licensing is a based on the number of users in your organisation. A RecordPoint user is someone who is creating content that can be classified as a record. RecordPoint users will tend to map 1:1 to SharePoint users.

Multiple instances of RecordPoint can be deployed to suit your organisation’s needs for no additional cost. This includes production, test and development instances.

There are two simple, user pool based licensing models available:

• A subscription model based upon a three year term; and
• An up-front license plus annual maintenance model.

Our user pools range from 0 to 100 users up to greater than 25,000 users where our enterprise licensing applies.
